Opened in 2024, with 35 x 55 feet of brand new turf and gym flooring, an inventory fully stocked with essential indoor training tools, our facility is ready to help you take your workout and your game to the next level.

We have the ability to handle a variety of athletes and activities, such as circuit training, dry-land for goalies, hockey players, figure skaters, yoga and more.
